If you use the quote / contact form, we ask for the fields shown on that form. Required fields are name, email address, and message. Optional fields are company, phone number, and product interest.

We use this information to respond to your request and to follow up about bakery equipment, trade, or logistics inquiries.

We process form data to answer your request (steps taken prior to a potential contract) and, where that basis does not apply, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website. Technical data such as your IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in security and abuse prevention.

Technical information

When you submit a form, our systems may process your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention so the form cannot be flooded.

When you submit the form, our systems may run an automated spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and may send the submitted email address to an external address-validation service (Disify) solely to detect disposable or temporary addresses. The address is not retained by that service after the look-up.

Server and hosting logs that are normal for operating a website may also be generated by our hosting environment.

Cookies and similar technologies

The public marketing pages in this codebase do not load advertising or analytics cookie SDKs.

Our CDN / WAF provider (Cloudflare) may set a small number of strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm, or a clearance cookie after a security check) to protect the site against bots and abuse.

If an authorised operator signs in to the private administration area, a session cookie is used only to keep that login secure. That area is not part of the public website experience.

Where information is stored and who processes it

Form submissions are stored in our website database so our team can read and answer them.
